Torti Gallas is pleased to announce that Cheryl O'Neill and Tim Zork have passed the AICP Exam and are now Certified Planners!
The American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) is the American Planning Association's professional institute, providing recognized national leadership in the certification of professional planners, ethics, professional development, planning education, and the standards of planning practice. Certified planners use their skills to find solutions to community problems in ways that will carry the community toward its desired long-term goals.
Ms. O’Neill is a Principal and Urban Designer at Torti Gallas where she is responsible for directing and coordinating the design and planning of both large and small scale communities and challenging, urban architectural projects. Her responsibilities include the development of design solutions, community, client and planning agency review presentations, and the supervision and evaluation of in-house design teams.
Mr. Zork is an Associate and Planner at Torti Gallas where his project experience includes town planning, inner city revitalization and municipal work. He is recognized within the firm as an expert in TIMSM, Torti Gallas’ Town Information Modeling (TIMSM) process. TIMSM is a patented modeling and data collection process that unites two and three-dimensional visualizations with multiple databases in a single user-friendly platform.
