The Residences at the Greene is the centerpiece for The Greene Town Center, a new 800,000 SF urban core for Greene County, Ohio, a rapidly growing region just outside of Dayton. One of the first of its kind in the country, this project introduces 170 luxury residences to the heart of a lifestyle center retail program, inherently providing urban authenticity to the environment, and synergy to the retail engine. The mix of uses provide round-the-clock activity to the project, and the appealing range of residential unit types and price points will allow people at a variety of stages in life to enjoy the benefits of living in a downtown environment.
