One Loudoun

Loudoun County, Virginia

As the first and only project in Loudoun County to receive the Smart Growth Award from the Smart Growth Alliance, One Loudoun will be the premier mixed-use center in Loudoun County.

Located at the busy intersection of Route 7 and Loudoun County Parkway, One Loudoun will include high density office towers and mid-rise residential buildings. The residential buildings will have street level retail and face a street and park network which will be the focus of the community. Smaller scaled single family neighborhoods, low scaled offices, retail and civic buildings will be to the south and west of this intricate park and street network creating a town center that differs dramatically from most of the conventional suburban developments in the county.

As a mixed-use, pedestrian friendly environment One Loudoun encourages walking and biking throughout the community with a variety of parks and recreational fields. The development will also include a new World Trade Center and bio-tech office spaces that will be a stimulus for greater mixed office and residential development in this community.
