Located in the heart of the City of Rockville, Maryland, this mixed-use development will be built on the site of an existing public parking lot within two blocks of Metro's Red Line. In addition to retail uses, the West phase of this project includes a 140 room Cambria Suites hotel 263 residential units in a 15-story apartment building and 590 parking spaces while the East phase includes 222 residential units and 566 parking spaces.

With the loss of a 361 space existing surface parking lot, a total of 1,156 parking spaces will be provided between the 1.4M SF development as replacements. In order to hide the parking, each of the phases has a parking podium wrapped with single loaded hotel rooms and residential apartments, atop of which stands 7 and 10 stories of a double loaded corridor residential building.
