This amenity rich Continuing Care Retirement Community is located on a 31.5 acre site in the Chicago suburb of Barrington, IL. Envisioned as a new neighborhood for the Village, the project will provide much needed senior housing for this long established community. Within the beautifully treed park like setting the facility will provide 26 upscale semi-detached villas, 258 luxury independent living apartments, 60 assisted living units and 60 skilled nursing beds. A 60 room Country Inn with banquet facilities will be provided to complement the needs of residents and will be a resource to the Village.

Amenities will include a variety of dining experiences, lounges, greenhouse and gardens, art/hobby rooms, computer center, health club with indoor pool, beauty salon, and convenience shops. Structured below grade parking for all of the buildings will provide the residents convince, security, and allow for dedicating more of the site to open space and saving more trees. Formal public and private gardens and landscaped ponds will complement these existing mature trees.
