This project involves the planning and design of a parcel owned by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) and incorporates the Grosvenor Metro Rail Stop. The site includes a mixed-use Transit Center, a Retail promenade and Transit, Residential and Retail parking. The "Heart" of the site is the Metro Station Plaza designed to allow the surrounding community and the public-at-large a variety of readily accessible ways to get to the Metro Station and the Retail and Amenity spaces.
