Maplewood Park Place was designed as an upscale Continuing Care Retirement Community with a "Luxury Hotel Feeling" with traditional finishes. It offers a range of residential options incorporating a spectrum of care for aging in place. Centered between two towers are the public spaces which include a large lobby and seating area, dining room for 200, multipurpose room, bank, convenience store and fitness center.
The fitness center, located one level below grade, has an exercise room, indoor pool, locker rooms and an outdoor terrace. Maplewood Park Place was sold out within one year after opening. Maplewood Park Place was recently named Best Senior Living by Bethesda Magazine.
