Torti Gallas worked with the City of Westminster to create a dramatic vision for a new mixed-use downtown to replace a demolished indoor shopping mall situated midway between the burgeoning Denver – Boulder tech corridor. This central, 105-acre site in in the heart of downtown and adjacent to a planned new station of Denver’s RTD train line. Key components of the plan include a seamless integration of a mix of retail, residential and office uses, a network of streets and public open spaces, multi-modal circulation and access to transit, urban design, development flexibility, and taking advantage of the fabulous views of the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains.
