For over 40years Michael Wiencek has used his expertise in master planning and design tocreate positive change in local communities.
He founded Wiencek + Associates on that very principle,along with a mission to create an environment where other architects could benurtured and challenged. He has led teams on the design of over 100,000multi-family housing units in approximately 500 projects, earning over 150awards. His passion for improving others’ lives has drawn him to manyaffordable, public, and historic projects. Michael joined TG+P as ExecutivePrincipal in 2026, bringing considerable experience in architecture, planningand business development. He has a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor ofScience in Urban Design from the University of Maryland College Park.
