The Park Heights Redevelopment Project is Underway!

Torti Gallas + Partners is working with The NHP Foundation, Marenberg Enterprises and The Henson Development Company on the redevelopment of the Park Heights Neighborhood in Baltimore. The first phase will include a 53-unit multi-family building and a 104-unit senior housing building as well as 17 single-family homes. Thrilled to see this project underway!
