Church Hill North in Richmond, VA Breaks Ground!!

We were very proud to attend the groundbreaking for our Church Hill North project last week in Richmond, VA!

Working with the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority and The Community Builders, Torti Gallas is designing the revitalization of this public housing project into a new mixed-income community. The new neighborhood will include 300 homes in a mix of townhouse, bungalow, duplex, stacked flats and elevator served apartments on this transformed site that both honors the site’s history and sets the stage for continued neighborhood growth and prosperity.
