Notch 8 Wins Two Awards at Centerbuild 2018!

Congratulations!! Our Notch 8 project was the recipient of two awards at the recent Centerbuild 2018 in Phoenix!! Developed by JBG Smith, Notch 8 won a Commendation for Design and Development and a Gold Award for Sustainability!

Located in the Potomac Yards area of Alexandria, Virginia, Notch 8 is an exciting new mixed-use residential development with 253 apartments atop a 65,000 SF Giant grocery. This amenity-rich building includes below grade parking and a residential courtyard with a pool.
