Redeveloping Herndon's Historic Downtown!

Torti Gallas is proud to be working with Comstock Partners and the Town of Herndon, Virginia on the redevelopment of Herndon's historic town center. The proposed plan replaces a parking lot and aging buildings with residential, retail and a new arts center.

The proposed public-private agreement between Comstock and the Town, the subject of an expected Oct. 24 Herndon Town Council vote, provides for apartments, retail, a new home for ArtSpace, a parking garage, arts walk, three plazas and outdoor seating.

Pending approval of the deal, work is expected to begin in 2019, with delivery in 2021.
