TG+P Vision for Stetson's Tampa Heights law center

TG+P is working with the Bromley Companies, the developer of Midtown Tampa, to craft the vision for Stetson Landing. The 1.4million SF project is being developed on the existing home of Stetson University in Tampa Heights. The multi-phase plan involves the construction of a new law school built within a vibrant mixed use district including retail, restaurants, condominiums, apartments, and corporate office in a highly visible and easily accessible neighborhood. This amenitized property is walkable to Armature Works, the Riverwalk, and Downtown Tampa.
