Torti Gallas and Partners is pleased to announce the following promotions:

• Felix Deloatch, Assoc. AIA, has been promoted to Director of Florida Operations. Mr. Deloatch has been with Torti Gallas since 2003 and has been leading the firm's Tampa office since its opening in 2015,.

• Alice Enz, LEED AP BD+C, Julian Goldman, AIA, and Kim Tran-Dyer, RA, LEED AP BD+C have been named Senior Associates.

• David Otieno has been named a firm Associate.
