Mr. Rocca has over 20 years experience in all phases of design through construction for mixed-use, multi-family housing, education and institutional projects. He has dedicated his career to excellence in Architecture throughout the western United States.
Mr. Rocca's reputation for completing complex projects while building strong relationships is evidenced in his impressive track record of repeat clients. At Torti Gallas he will focus his efforts on working with the Los Angeles team to continue building a strong LA-based Architecture Practice.
Formerly with Steinberg Architects, Mr. Rocca has experience with a variety of project delivery methods such as design-build, design-bid-build and GMP. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and is a Registered Architect in the State of California.
