MetroTowns at Parkside Featured in CNU's Public Square!

Thanks to Rob Steuteville and the Congress for the New Urbanism for a great article on our MetroTowns at Parkside project.

MetroTowns, The Linda Joy & Kenneth Jay Pollin Memorial Community, was developed by the late Abe Pollin in memory of his children. The new community creates a physically and socially vibrant neighborhood of 125 public housing and affordable workforce homes on the former site of an underutilized public housing development and an adjacent vacant lot.

MetroTowns at Parkside won a 2016 Charter Award from the Congress for the New Urbanism.
