Robert Goodill, a Torti Gallas Principal, will be a panelist for the ULI South Carolina event "Patrick Square and TND Trends". This two-hour session on April 26th in Clemson, SC, will be a discussion on what is working, what is changing and what's to come in Patrick Square, the new TND community master planned and designed by Torti Gallas. Rob will share the stage with Bob Gibbs, AICP of Gibbs Planning Group, and Chris Hodge of the Patrick Square Town Center. Shelley Pelliccione of Clemson MRED will moderator the panel.
Located adjacent to Clemson University, Patrick Square is a new mixed-use neighborhood of 485 residences and 200,000 sf of commercial, including a Clemson University affiliated Life Long Learning facility and a hotel. The Traditional Neighborhood Design includes a walkable, pedestrian-friendly environment featuring a Neighborhood Green and “Main Street”.
