Rockville Town Center Phase II Breaks Ground

The second phase of Rockville Town Center has broken ground!

We were thrilled to be part of the recent groundbreaking for Rockville Town Center Phase II!! This is the second phase of the very successful Upton at Rockville Town Center developed by Duball, LLC and designed by Torti Gallas + Partners.

Phase II will include 400 market-rate and affordable housing units, 19,000 SF of ground floor retail and parking for 600 cars in an 18-story building.
