St. Paul's Community Workshop Series A Great Success!!

The Torti Gallas Team was in Norfolk this week for a 3 day Workshop Series to develop a Master Plan Vision for Norfolk's St. Paul's area. Working with the City of Norfolk, the Norfolk Redevelopment & Housing Authority, and the St. Paul's community, Torti Gallas met with community stakeholders to learn what they would like to see in the new St. Paul's area. In a final presentation, Torti Gallas laid out the Master Plan vision for this transformative project.
