The Residences at Hayes are Open!!

We were proud to join Mayor Muriel Bowser and the Pennrose Companies at the recent ribbon cutting for the Residences at Hayes in the Deanwood neighborhood of Washington, DC!

For over a decade, Torti Gallas has been committed to the transformation of the Deanwood neighborhood, working with community groups, local stakeholders and city agencies in numerous public/private mixed-use, mixed-income projects that will realize over 500 mixed income units and new retail, educational and community uses.

The Residences at Hayes provides 150 affordable, high-quality apartment homes with market-rate amenity spaces for the residents of Deanwood.
