TG+P is working with developers Community Three and Galerie Living on the redevelopment of the National 4-H Council’s Chevy Chase, Maryland campus. The former conference center site will be redeveloped into a senior living community with new senior residential buildings and a club house. Amenities will include ground floor retail, a covered pool, a large restaurant and a cafeteria. Parking will be provided in below grade garages.
