Park Place at Addison Road Metro

Located directly across the street from the Addison Road Metro Station, Park Place at Addison Road Metro is a new mixed-use residential project in Prince George’s county. The project includes a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, as well as ground floor retail.

The urban design seeks to create a more pedestrian friendly streetscape along the busy thoroughfare of Central Avenue, while still maintaining a comfortable distance and providing opportunities for outdoor amenity spaces. The project includes an exterior retail outdoor seating area, residential outdoor courtyard, and a rooftop deck. Interior amenities include Wifi Lounge, Club Room, Fitness Room, and Yoga / Multipurpose room.

The exterior façade design creates an upscale apartment environment geared towards young professionals because of the close access to the metro, yet architectural details such as bay windows, a cornice, and Juliet balconies help modulate the scale and relate to the surrounding residential neighborhood.
