Project Description

Located in the Riggs Park neighborhood adjacent to the Fort Totten Metrorail station, The Riggs Crossing Senior Residences is a new all-affordable, mixed-use senior living community.

The project includes 93 senior housing units in a mix of studios, one-, and two-bedrooms. Amenities include a club room with a common kitchen and outdoor patio, fitness room, library, and a wellness room. The community also includes more than 10,000 SF of neighborhood serving retail and a 900 SF community room with a small outdoor gathering space.

A highly sustainable project, Riggs Crossing will meet Enterprise Green Communities Plus utilizing Zero Energy Ready Homes and features green roofs with solar panels as well as an energy efficient MEP systems and exterior envelope.
