Phase I builds the promise of a new beginning for the Park Heights community. As part of the development team chosen by the city of Baltimore to redevelop the Park Heights neighborhood, TG+P is working with NHP Foundation to bring new affordable housing units, a neighborhood park, community garden space and an urban plaza to this northwest Baltimore neighborhood. Henson Development Company and Marenberg Enterprises are also part of the development team. They have also partnered with Clean and Green to promote neighborhood economic development and interim uses on site. Funding includes low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC).
