The Rows at Spring Flats

Washington, DC

Addressing the need for affordable home-ownership opportunities that allow residents to build wealth, the Rows at Spring Flats creates ten new homes in a “two-over-two” configuration. Four of the homes are subsidized to allow purchase by those with low incomes, while the remaining six will be sold at market value to help create the subsidy.
