Project Description
The design emphasizes placemaking through thoughtfully crafted public spaces, a landscaped public plaza, and pedestrian-friendly connections that activate the street edge and encourage social interaction. By integrating modern multifamily living with neighborhood-serving retail and open space, the Promenade enhances connectivity, supports local economic activity, and contributes to a cohesive, livable environment within walking distance of the Downtown Largo Metro Station.
TG+P serves as the master planner and architect for the Phase I building at 9490 Lottsford Road.
